Tok Sen is the art of Lanna massage with a therapeutic emphasis on the meridian lines based on Thai wisdom found only in the Chiang Mai region of Northern Thailand. Suitable for muscular pain and skeleton. The Tok Sen technique aims to clear blocked energy by using a special wooden instrument to tap away the negative energy and ease muscle tension.  It uses mechanical and sound vibration, working deeply through the muscles.  Tok Sen is a great addition any Thai Massage or it can be performed separately.

Thai herbal ball massage is another area of  treatment in Thai Medicine. The herbs in the ball will help muscles to relax quickly, and bring skin to a new level of regeneration. Turmeric, one of the herbs used in the ball, has been used by Thai women for centuries for helping with toxicity as well as for the cleansing effect it has on skin, for rejuvenation, and promoting new cell growth. Kaffir lime also has astringent properties and anti-oxidants that help promote healing. Tamarind draws out the oils and toxins as it purifies while it soothes and heals the skin.  Overall there are many healing qualities in the Thai herbal balls.  The massage is also very relaxing.
