Taavy began her journey with yoga in college. She took classes and used yoga in her life for exercise and stress relief. Almost 10 years later she decided to go deeper and take her first teacher training course. Taavy graduated with her 200 hour certification from Peachtree Yoga in Atlanta in August 2013 and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. It was the best decision she’s made and a wonderful way to discover more about individuality and her yoga journey.
Taavy enjoys working with both adults and children of all experience levels and abilities. She loves to inspire others to see and reach their potential.
