Meliss has been a folk dancer since the age of seven. She began teaching large classes and dance workshops at age 17 and has been teaching for over 15 years. Teaching one-on-one and to large groups has brought her great joy and she continues to share her love of dance daily. She also DJs private events and parties and is a single mom of two boys (who also folk dance and practice yoga).
Over the years in her private time, Meliss practiced yoga and has embraced its fascinating formations and benefits. Yoga has brought clarity and
calmness to her life, as well as, strength and added flexibility.
With her knowledge of teaching and her love for movement and health,
becoming a yoga instructor was the natural next step for her. The benefits
