Partner Yoga Class – This is a special class.  We can make many things in our life better if we have a partner to support us.  The same in yoga.  We can stay longer in yoga-postures; go deeper in relaxation if we have a partner to help.  Yoga with partner classes developed to teach us to trust and care. To accept and to give!  We will start with gentle stretching and continue with some yoga-asanas.  We will breathe together and meditate. Bring your partner or come alone, be ready to touch and be touched. Be not full and not hungry. You can bring some snacks to share with your partner after class.

108 Sun Salutations –  To celebrate the seasons of the year, yogis will often practice 108 Sun Salutations.  The 108 Sun Salutations are practiced  on the spring and fall equinoxes and  on the summer and winter solstices.  The equinox defines night and day being equal in length.  The solstice defines the longest (summer) and shortest (winter) days of the year.

Yoga for Athletes – Every athlete needs a little extra stretching.  Years of cycling, running, playing tennis, running on fields and courts has most likely tightened your muscles.  Yoga for Athletes will help you enlongate your muscles for better performance.  

Yoga for Weight ManagementYoga can help in numerous ways with weight management and in this class you will learn to do poses that will not only burn the fat but also balance the body.

PranayamasDo you have migraines?   Do you suffer from headaches?  Are you plagued by sinuses?  Do you have high blood pressure?  If so, this is the class for you.  Pranayamas detox the body through the breath.  Learn the benefits of pranayamas and how do to them.

Workshop – Learning to Play Tibetan and Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls – Have you ever wanted to learn how to play the crystal bowls? Have you ever struggled to get a metal Tibetan bowl to “sing” for you? What are the benefits of the different kinds of singing bowls and why do we use them?Make plans to come and play with us!On Saturday July 20th you are invited to bring your curiosity and your willingness to learn and play to this workshop as we explore sound healing and its effects on our physical and subtle bodies.**If you have your own bowl that you’d like to bring to the workshop that would be great!**Quartz and Tibetan singing bowls will be provided for learning for those that don’t have their own.

Come and join us for a journey of forgiveness and release.  A blessing of healing for yourself and others.  We will be using the quartz crystal singing bowls to assist this releasing and forgiveness process.  The bowls will also allow for a gentle exploration and balancing of your chakras.
